How it works
Answer questions across five sections (MOVEMENT, NUTRITION, SLEEP, STRESS, RELATIONSHIPS) to get an overall health score
This test has been developed by a team of experienced health experts with questions carefully selected and calibrated in line with available evidence to help you understand your current and future health.
We describe those with optimal health as THRIVING! Many people aren't at this level, we think approximately 5% of us are, but it's our mission to help more of you get there.
We then describe those below that mark as SURVIVING, and therefore with scope to improve your health and become a THRIVER! The surviving category is split into two sections: SURVIVING, ALMOST THRIVING and SURVIVING
Those with a really low health score may even be SUFFERING. If your score is in the SUFFERING category, you should urgently change your health behaviours in order to improve your quality of life and reduce the likelihood of disease and disability with the aim to be at least SURVIVING, but with time, THRIVING both now and later in your life.
You’ll be scored against the following key areas:
Movement
Sometimes considered the ultimate health supplement. This section covers your movement and exercise habits
Nutrition
You are what you eat, and perhaps you aren't what you don't eat. Here we ask about your nutritional habits
Sleep
Sleep is our most powerful recovery tool. We want to find out whether you are making the most of it
Stress
Stress is a normal part of life. How you perceive it depends on how it can affect your health. Not having the capacity, or the resources to cope with stress causes DISTRESS. We ask questions to help you understand the impact stress has on your health
Relationships
Your emotional health depends on your relationship with both yourself and with others. Here we enquire about the most important relationships in your life
